This study will look at the future opportunities and challenges faced as the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR) takes place around the world and in our country in the social and economic aspect. There were many issues brings by the IR 4.0 such as the technology is changing the face of the global jobs market. Many challenges will be faced by society as technology advances. In addition, in the selection of potential sites, site and micro-analyzes will be conducted to look at issues and potential around the site to create an architecture that integrates with the proposed site context. The site is located at Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil. The site area is around 2.53 acre. It is undeveloped land and have a height different in 4 meters. The plot ratio of site is 1:2.
