Problem: Ankur is a digital marketing professional who has been in London for 3 days at work. The hotel he’s staying at has a strict check-out policy - he would have to pay extra if he doesn’t check out by 10:00 am. 

His return flight to Mumbai from London Heathrow is at 5:00 pm, he is expected to report at the airline counter around 3 pm. Which leaves him with 3–4 hours to kill. 3 to 4 hours is not enough for him to catch any sights in London.

So, he’s left with only one option - spending that time at the airport. Maybe a good opportunity to buy souvenirs for his family, stock up some booze from the duty-free and grab a quick bite before he checks.

Navigation app came into the picture: Ankur downloaded the Airport navigation application. He can see a lot of places nearby cafes, shops, and spas. etc. He checked out a few places.

He had to take a few things for his family, so he searched for a specific shop and get the direction. The app showed the terminal and steps. He followed the navigation and reached the destination.

The App also have tabs on the home screen to locate available facilities (restaurant, spa etc) in the airport.

there is also a tab for flights where Ankur can check his flight terminal n navigate towards that terminal on time.
