Brief:
This video is my first time trying to combine the realistic scenes ( stock footage) and the virtual scenes ( animation), which to deliver my personal ideas and feelings about freedom.
Freedom is a big word. Different people have their own opinions on the word "freedom", someone prefers their physical body to feel free, and someone may more like their mentality to have freedom, etc. This video is showing my own way of feeling free and also telling what the differences I thought between the modern city and nature.
Process:
For the animation part, I first use Blender to model a low poly and put the joints in the modelling. Secondly, I put it into Unity and make the animation key by key. Also, I use a timeline in Unity to arrange different cameras in different positions, help me filming different perspectives.
Inspiration:
One of my inspirations is the film "The Avatar". I got deeply inspired by one scene, which is Jack directly go to the outside and running crazy after he first connects with his avatar. I can feel him, and I realised this is what I want at the same time. This can make me feel free. So I make this video and here we go.

The buildings in the city are modern and ornate,
but they look stiff and cold,

I can't feel the red for the passion and the green for the peace,

but the life, the hope, the energy and free.
