Client: Tameside Borough Council
Project: Godley Green Garden Village brand identity,
website & illustration
Created by: Deborah Ranzetta

Godley Green Garden Village is an ambitious plan by Tameside Council to create a new sustainable garden settlement of beauty and great design that sensitively evolves around the existing communities and landscape. Based on the vision of Ebenezer Howard, founder of the garden city concept, the village will provide places where people can work, raise families, travel easily and enjoy green spaces. The Council is in the process of preparing the planning application, with feedback from the local community at the heart of the project. I was asked to create a distinctive brand identity to work across public consultation materials including a website, event graphics and social media, and to supply flexible brand guidelines to support communications through the planning application period and beyond.
