The client is not very tech savvy and most of the requirements have to be re-defined in order to flesh out the scope and limitations of the platform given the amount of development time and development budget.

These flow charts were created to map out the functionality of each required feature to fully understand the functionality so that translating it into code is logically sound and achievable.
Another use of the charts was to expose any inconsistencies and weird reactions the system may encounter when processing big sets of data especially when it comes to perfectly matching Practice requirements and Professional qualifications.
