Customer Care #PowerBIDashboard V2

🎉 Over the last few weeks, with the expert help of Luke Stanton and Adam Stanton, I have managed to successfully develop a series of automated dataflows to extract internal call data, record the data historically, to then use within reports I create. 6 months and many failed attempts have gone into making this process successful, resulting in robust and accurate reporting. I am so proud of this achievement.

As a result, I have begun updating relevant dashboards to contain this valuable date. Therefore, I am happy to release the updated Customer Care dashboard, which has these amazing, updated features:

• Call Quality Management data updated visibility
• Branding is now consistent with all 2024 dashboards
• Cases closed yesterday (skips weekends)
• Open/closed cases for CC and Sales Admin
• Cases closed within 24/48h percentages
• Call data recorded historically
• Customer Satisfaction Index Scores
• Number of cases breaching SLA with more accuracy

I hope this additional data will make 1-to-1s and progress checks even easier for the Customer Care team.
