Book cover for one of the most appreciated stories created by Anthony Burgess and world famous for the movie adaptation directed by Stanley Kubrick, "Clockwork Orange". One of the great elements that pull attention on this book is the dialet created by the author, which comes from slangs and russian words. The book cover design was created based on this language, gaining life through the sobreposition of moving types, composing a chaotic cover that refer to the violence and roughness of the story, narrated by the sociopath and main character of the book, Alex.

This book cover design was elaborated on the Workshop "Bedside book cover", tutored by the brazilian designer Daniel Trench in 2012.

Capa de livro para uma das obras mais apreciadas de Anthony Burgess e mundialmente famosa por sua adaptação para o cinema feita por Stanley Kubrick, "Laranja Mecânica". Um dos grandes diferenciais do livro é o emprego de um dialeto diferenciado, composto por gírias e palavras adaptadas do russo. Desta forma, o dialeto elaborado para o livro pelo autor ganha vida por meio da sobreposição da impressão por tipos móveis, compondo uma capa caótica e que remete à violência e ruído da história narrada pelo sociopata e personagem principal do livro, Alex.
